We are an associate team of core individuals that can be engaged to deliver professional services; either project or specialists, nationwide across New Zealand, from Cloud architecture through to APIs, Identity and Security.

Our size is our strength. We’re small enough to care but big enough to make an impact. Genuine passion and enthusiasm for what we do, coupled with our ability to respond and adapt swiftly to clients’ needs makes us unique.

Why the name; The Black Belts

The black belt represents maturity in skills, but it also embodies the beginners mindset, the beginners mindset is to continually question and continually strive for further mastery.

A beginners mindset is also an open mindset, it is having expert skills but with the humility of beginners, this mindset will allow oneself to not get stuck in previous acquired skills and knowledge but to continually improve, innovate and adapt to different situations and scenarios.

The distinction between a white belt and a black belt is on their preexisting experiences and skills, but the mindset of a black belt and a white belt is the same. With this mind set we not only bring to the table pre-existing expertise but also innovations and new ways of working.
